Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that we do our best to make sure our online booking process is as smooth as possible. The calendar is kept up to date to the best of our abilities. The online booking does not actually confirm your appointment. A member of our team will review the booking to verify the work can be done at the time requested with the team member requested.
